About This Role
The Marine Workshop Manager will lead day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring productive workflow, effective resource utilization, and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Workshop Operations
- Manage and oversee daily workshop activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize work orders to meet customer commitments and project deadlines.
- Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and manpower requirements for workshop activities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise technicians, mechanics, and apprentice staff.

Minimum Requirements
Education
