Job Description/Specification:
A professional beauty salon in Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join its team. The successful candidate will provide professional hair cutting, styling, colouring, blow-drying, and hair treatment services while delivering a high standard of customer care.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical hairstyling skills, creativity, knowledge of modern hair trends, and a professional approach to client service and salon hygiene.
About This Role
The Hair Stylist will consult with clients to understand their preferred style and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and treatments based on their hair type, condition, and individual requirements.
The role requires practical expertise in haircutting, hair colouring, highlights, balayage, colour correction, blow-drying, styling, keratin, protein, hair Botox, and other professional hair treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, blow-drying, hairstyling, and finishing services.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, balayage, colour correction, and related colour services.
- Provide professional hair treatments including keratin, protein, hair Botox, and other salon treatments.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable hairstyles, colours, and treatments.
- Assess hair condition and select appropriate products and techniques.
- Create modern and customized hairstyles based on client preferences and current trends.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all services.
- Properly clean and maintain styling tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Stay updated with current hairstyling techniques, products, treatments, and beauty trends.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service.
- Ensure clients receive a high-quality salon experience and are satisfied with the final result.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous professional experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairstylist, Hairdresser, or similar role.
- Strong practical skills in haircutting, colouring, blow-drying, and styling.
- Experience with professional hair treatments such as keratin, protein, and hair Botox.
- Knowledge of highlights, balayage, colour correction, and modern colouring techniques.
- Updated hairstyling portfolio or work samples are required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Professional, creative, friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand individual client requirements.
- Open to all nationalities.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar for overseas candidates.
