Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - SCM

Job Description/Specification:

Nair Systems is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Support Engineer to join our Qatar operations. The role involves providing day‑to‑day functional and technical support across key Oracle Fusion modules, ensuring smooth operations, issue resolution, and effective coordination with Oracle Support.

Scope of Support

Support is required across the following Oracle Fusion modules:

• Procurement

• Human Capital Management (HCM)

• Finance

Nature of Support

• Provide daily functional and technical support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting.

• Perform minor configuration changes and system setup support.

• Assist with month‑end and period‑close activities (Finance).

• Resolve user queries and provide guidance across Procurement, HCM, and Finance.

• Coordinate with Oracle Support (SR logging and follow‑up) when required.

• Deliver ad‑hoc report and process support as requested by business users.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Completion Operator/Coordinator in Oil & Gas projects.

• Hands‑on expertise with Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, HCM, Finance).

• Prior experience in functional and technical support roles.

• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

• Ability to coordinate with Oracle Support and manage SRs effectively.

• Experience with month‑end/period‑close activities in Finance.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Joining Time Frame

• Immediate availability preferred.

• Maximum joining time: 2 weeks to 1 month.
