Role Description
The CAD Solutions Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position involves providing technical support and guidance on CAD and related solutions, including installation, configuration, and optimization of CAD software for clients. You will work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and resellers to ensure successful deployment and adoption of CAD/BIM technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers, consultants, contractors, and resellers.

Perform online and on‑site product evaluations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to customers.

Assist with software installation, activation, licensing, configuration, and deployment.

Troubleshoot software‑related issues and deliver timely solutions.

Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Provide technical support to partners and ensure end‑to‑end resolution of complex issues.

Establish partner capability assessment and development mechanisms to improve presales, after‑sales, and implementation capabilities.

Drive implementation of training and certification systems.
Requirements

Diploma/degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Familiarity with CAD/BIM software and design workflows.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Strong interest in technology and software solutions.

Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in new technologies.

Previous experience with CAD/BIM software, technical support, or software demonstrations is an advantage.
