Job Description/Specification:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our client’s team in Doha, Qatar on a long-term employment basis. The successful candidate will supervise daily civil construction activities, coordinate workers and ensure site work is completed safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in civil construction, strong site supervision skills and a good understanding of construction methods, materials and workplace safety procedures.
About This Role
The Civil Foreman will be responsible for managing workers and coordinating day-to-day site activities. The role requires someone who can effectively supervise construction work, maintain productivity and ensure activities are carried out in accordance with approved standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations.
- Manage workers, assign tasks and monitor daily productivity.
- Coordinate construction activities according to project schedules and requirements.
- Ensure work is completed using appropriate construction methods and materials.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other construction teams.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and company requirements.
- Identify site issues and support timely resolution of construction-related problems.
- Maintain effective communication with workers and project teams.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Proven experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety procedures.

- Strong workforce and site supervision skills.
