Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from execution through completion and final handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, client and stakeholder coordination, manpower and subcontractor management, quality control, cost management, HSE compliance, and timely completion.
The role requires strong knowledge of interior fit-out and construction project management, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, control resources and budgets, resolve site issues, and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, scope, schedule, and quality standards.
About This Role
The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project execution at client sites and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments. Experience across commercial offices, hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use fit-out projects will be highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete execution of interior fit-out projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, resources, and overall progress.
- Ensure site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, scope, method statements, and project requirements.
- Lead site supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, progress claims, variations, and contractor invoices.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and implement corrective and recovery actions.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability and delivery of project materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, progress, and compliance.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, permits, safety procedures, and site regulations.
- Prepare project progress reports, schedules, cost updates, and management/client presentations.
- Attend client, consultant, and project coordination meetings and provide technical and operational updates.
- Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, completion, and final project handover.
- Maintain project drawings, approvals, permits, reports, contracts, site records, and other documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional works and future projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Facility Management, or Maintenance Projects.
- Proven experience in project management and site execution.
- Experience managing projects in Qatar or the GCC.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Practical knowledge of commercial office, hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use fit-out projects.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, project schedules, materials, and site execution.
- Strong skills in project planning, coordination, cost control, risk management, and problem-solving.
- Excellent client, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HSE and quality management requirements.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Qatar/GCC project experience is highly preferred.

Experience delivering interior fit-out projects in Qatar or the GCC and managing multiple subcontractors and stakeholders will be a significant advantage.
