Job Description/Specification:
Al Maha & NETS Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a client in Qatar for an experienced Female Specialist Dermatologist. The role is suitable for a qualified dermatology specialist with strong clinical expertise and experience in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality dermatological care while ensuring compliance with Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) – Qatar licensing and professional requirements. Applications are welcome from qualified candidates currently in Qatar and internationally.
About This Role
The Specialist Dermatologist will diagnose and manage a broad range of dermatological conditions while providing aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures where required. The position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent patient-care skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
Candidates must hold recognized postgraduate dermatology qualifications and meet the applicable DHP Qatar classification, registration, and licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, assess, and manage a wide range of medical and cosmetic dermatology conditions.
- Provide appropriate dermatological treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
- Perform and manage aesthetic treatments and cosmetic dermatology procedures within professional scope and licensing requirements.
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical examinations, follow-ups, and treatment reviews.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare clearly to patients.
- Ensure all clinical procedures follow applicable medical standards, safety requirements, and professional guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when multidisciplinary care is required.
- Stay updated on developments in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, cosmetic procedures, and evidence-based treatments.
- Ensure continued compliance with DHP Qatar professional and licensing requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Dermatology eligible for DHP Qatar registration.
Professional Certification:
- Arab Board of Health Specializations or another specialty board qualification recognized by DHP Qatar.
Clinical Experience:
- Must meet the required post-specialization clinical experience applicable to the candidate’s DHP classification.
- Candidates under Category 3 must meet the applicable requirements, including structured postgraduate specialty training, successful completion of the Exit/Board Examination, required post-specialization experience, and the applicable DHP Qualifying Examination.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to QAR 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
