Talabat is hiring a Vendor Coordinator to support its non-food vendor (NFV) operations and help partners maintain smooth, efficient performance on the platform. This role is focused on daily vendor coordination, inventory and catalogue management, quality control, picker utilization, promotions, and operational support.

Vendor Coordinator Job Responsibilities
The Vendor Coordinator will work closely with non-food partners to ensure they receive the support and guidance needed to operate successfully on Talabat.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain partner inventory and ensure daily updates are completed accurately.
- Manage price updates, inventory changes, new SKUs, promotions, and product catalogues.
- Monitor picker performance and order processing.
- Develop and maintain manpower roster processes to improve picker utilization.
- Provide administrative support to vendors and address operational issues.
- Implement vendor promotions on the Talabat platform.
- Help partners understand and effectively use internal tools and technology.
- Work with vendors to identify the causes of order delays and develop solutions.
- Monitor operational performance and work toward established KPIs.
- Conduct quality control checks for non-food partners.
- Create, train, and retrain partners on Pelican and related operational processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and provide timely assistance when issues arise.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve vendor performance and customer service.
Vendor Coordinator Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in vendor coordination, operations, customer service, retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
