Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli is seeking an F&B Hostess to join its hospitality team in Doha. This role is well suited to candidates who enjoy working directly with guests and can create a warm, professional first impression in a busy restaurant environment.

F&B Hostess Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front-of-house guest arrival and seating process while supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
- Answer telephone calls and respond professionally to guest questions and requests.
- Coordinate with servers and restaurant management to maintain an efficient seating flow.
- Inform guests about menu specials, promotions, and expected waiting times.
- Monitor table availability and turnover to support efficient restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional hostess or reception station.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests courteously, escalating issues to management when required.

- Maintain professional grooming and presentation at all times.
