The Ned Doha is hiring a Hostess to join its luxury hospitality team in Doha. About the Hostess Role
The Hostess will be one of the first points of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant. The role focuses on creating a welcoming first impression while managing reservations, seating arrangements, guest inquiries, and coordination with the restaurant team.
The successful candidate should be confident, friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain professional while handling multiple guest requests are important for this position.
Key Responsibilities
The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing a professional and friendly arrival experience. Key duties include:
- Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Managing restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escorting guests to their tables and providing relevant information about the restaurant.
- Coordinating with restaurant staff to maintain smooth service operations.
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback.
- Maintaining an organized reception area.
- Keeping reservation records and systems accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the restaurant team in delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Maintaining hospitality standards consistent with The Ned Doha brand.

Requirements and Skills
Candidates should ideally have previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or in another customer-facing hospitality position.

Salary and Benefits
The Ned Doha offers a tax-free annual salary of QAR 32,400 for this Hostess position, equivalent to approximately QAR 2,700 per month.
