The Ned Doha is hiring a Hostess to join its luxury hospitality team in Doha. This customer-facing position is ideal for a warm, confident and organized hospitality professional who enjoys interacting with guests and creating an excellent first impression.

About the Role
As a Hostess at The Ned Doha, you will be one of the first points of contact for restaurant guests. You will welcome visitors, manage reservations and seating arrangements, assist with guest requests and coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality and the ability to remain professional and organized during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide relevant information about the restaurant.
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to support smooth daily service.
- Respond to guest questions, special requests and feedback.
- Maintain an organized reception area.
- Keep reservation systems and guest information accurate and up to date.
- Monitor seating arrangements and help maintain an efficient guest flow.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requirements to the relevant team members.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain the hospitality and service standards expected of a luxury destination.
- Create a welcoming first impression that reflects The Ned Doha's brand and guest experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.
Candidates with experience as a Hostess, Restaurant Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent or in a similar hospitality position are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
The Ned Doha offers a tax-free annual salary of QAR 32,400, equivalent to QAR 2,700 per month.
