Oaks Al Najada Doha is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to join its hotel operations team in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service across guest rooms and hotel areas.

About the Role
The Housekeeping Attendant plays an important role in the daily operation of the hotel by ensuring guest rooms are clean, well maintained and presented according to required hospitality standards.
The successful candidate will also support guest requests and help maintain clean and orderly corridors and surrounding areas. The position requires reliability, teamwork and the ability to maintain service standards during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to a high standard.
- Ensure rooms are neat, well presented and properly maintained.
- Clean and maintain hotel corridors and designated housekeeping areas.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items or room defects to the appropriate department.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and responsibly.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment for guests and employees.
- Work closely with other housekeeping team members to complete daily assignments.
- Support the hotel team in delivering a consistent and positive guest experience.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
Candidates should have previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department or a similar hospitality environment.
