Job Description/Specification:
Mandarin Oriental, Doha is looking for a People & Culture Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, colleague relations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance and workforce planning.
Key requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• 2 years as a People & Culture Manager, or 3 years as an Assistant P&C Manager/equivalent
• Degree/HND in HR, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Good understanding of Qatar employment legislation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working with multicultural teams
• GCC/Doha experience preferred
The role covers recruitment, employee movements, headcount management, compensation, disciplinary and grievance procedures, colleague relations, HR policies and day-to-day People & Culture operations.
