About This Role
The Hairstylist & Colorist will provide a full range of professional hair services, from consultations and haircuts to advanced coloring, styling, and treatments. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, client-focused, and comfortable working in a busy salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair coloring, highlights, balayage, toning, and color correction.
- Provide accurate client consultations and recommend suitable hair services and treatments.
- Deliver high-quality haircuts based on client preferences and hair type.
- Perform professional hairstyling, updos, blow-drying, and finishing.
- Provide hair treatments according to client needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon presentation.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up with current hairstyling, coloring, and beauty trends.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive salon environment.

Minimum Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven professional experience as a Hairstylist, Hairdresser, Hair Colorist, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in hair coloring, highlights, balayage, toning, and color correction.
- Excellent haircutting and hairstyling skills.
- Experience with blow-drying, updos, and hair treatments.
- Strong client consultation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
