Hilton is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to create welcoming, seamless, and memorable experiences for hotel guests from arrival through departure. Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Check-In
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional arrival assistance.
- Complete check-in procedures, including verifying guest details and assigning rooms.
- Issue room keys and provide relevant welcome information.
- Coordinate bell service or other arrival requirements when needed.
- Ensure a smooth and personalized arrival experience.
Check-Out & Billing
- Process guest departures accurately and efficiently.
- Verify room charges, payments, and account details.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Use the hotel's POS and other front-office systems accurately.
- Resolve billing queries professionally and promptly.
Guest Relations & Service
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and messages with urgency and care.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and guest satisfaction is maintained.
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and promotions.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, services, and destinations.
Sales & Revenue
- Use appropriate upselling techniques to promote rooms, amenities, and hotel services.
- Identify opportunities to increase guest spending while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
- Support departmental revenue and occupancy objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, reception, customer service, or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
