Job Description/Specification:
V2X is seeking an MWR Specialist to support Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) operations across assigned facilities and services. The position may support areas including housekeeping and custodial services, Community Activities Centers, linen exchange, fitness centers, lounge operations, media centers, events, and recreational activities.
The role focuses on delivering professional customer service while maintaining clean, safe, organized, and fully operational facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the assigned department manager and support daily activities in accordance with company and government requirements.
About This Role
As an MWR Specialist, you will perform a range of operational and customer-facing duties depending on the assigned functional area. Responsibilities may include fitness center front-desk support, event assistance, media equipment operation, linen services, custodial work, facility support, and recreational activities.
This is an overseas position requiring candidates to meet specific U.S. citizenship, security clearance, passport, driver's license, medical, background, and host-country vetting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Recreation Services
- Provide professional and courteous customer service across assigned MWR facilities.
- Support recreational services, fitness centers, lounges, linen exchange, housekeeping, and custodial operations.
- Assist with events, activities, games, and other recreational programs as required.
- Support media-related services and operate audio-visual equipment when assigned.
- Communicate clearly with customers and identify services and items in English.
Facility Operations
- Maintain clean, safe, sanitary, and professional facilities free from clutter, dust, and waste.
- Perform basic facility and equipment support duties as required.
- Properly clean, organize, store, and safeguard equipment, tools, and government property.
- Support indoor and outdoor events and activities.
Compliance & Administration
- Complete all required V2X and government training programs.
- Follow company policies, government requirements, and workplace procedures.
- Accurately complete timesheets and comply with established time-reporting procedures.
- Safeguard government and contractor-provided facilities, equipment, and property.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- At least one year of customer-service experience.
- Experience in retail, hotel front-desk operations, restaurants, recreation, or similar service environments is preferred.
Mandatory Eligibility
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess a current, valid U.S. passport.
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must successfully complete the applicable host-country vetting process.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Must successfully meet required medical, dental, drug-testing, and background-check requirements.
Security Clearance
- Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance at the time of offer.

Working Environment
This is a 100% overseas assignment. Work is primarily performed indoors but may require outdoor support for events and recreational activities. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals.
The role may involve shift work, overtime, weekends, and changing schedules based on contractual requirements. Employees must comply with applicable regulations, company work rules, and government instructions and be prepared to work in an environment supporting U.S. interests.
