Raffles Doha, located within the iconic Katara Towers in Lusail, is seeking a Butler Supervisor to lead its Butler team and deliver highly personalized luxury guest experiences. As Butler Supervisor, you will oversee daily Butler operations, coordinate with multiple hotel departments, support VIP and long-stay guests, and ensure every aspect of service reflects Raffles' luxury standards. You will also coach colleagues, monitor performance, resolve guest concerns, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
About This Role
The Butler Supervisor is responsible for ensuring seamless, discreet, and personalized service throughout the guest journey. You will act as a key link between the Butler team and departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining consistently high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Butler operations and ensure consistent luxury service delivery.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and support Butler colleagues.
- Deliver personalized service with particular attention to VIP and long-stay guests.
- Coordinate guest requirements with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, and other departments.
- Monitor room readiness, amenities, guest preferences, and special requests.
- Conduct inspections of rooms, suites, and Butler service areas.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare schedules, allocate duties, and monitor team productivity.
- Support colleague onboarding, training, and performance development.
- Maintain accurate guest preference and service records.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety requirements, and Raffles standards.
- Support departmental targets, guest satisfaction, and service improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Experience delivering personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests is advantageous.
