Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking a Food & Beverage Server Assistant to support the restaurant service team in delivering an exceptional luxury dining experience. The role is responsible for assisting Food Servers, maintaining table presentation, and ensuring guests receive efficient and professional service in line with Four Seasons standards.
About the Role
The Server Assistant plays an important role within the Food & Beverage team by supporting table service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring dining areas are properly prepared throughout the guest experience. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, strong personal presentation, and a genuine commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Food Servers in delivering high-quality dining service according to Four Seasons standards.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and accurately.
- Maintain dining areas in a neat, organized, and guest-ready condition.
- Perform assigned side work, including polishing silverware and refilling condiments.
- Support restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout service periods.
- Interact professionally with guests and colleagues while maintaining a friendly and welcoming approach.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, nights, and public holidays.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- General knowledge of Food & Beverage and restaurant operations.
- Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural hospitality team.
- Good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous.
