Job Description/Specification:
V2X is seeking an experienced Supply & Services Manager to support LOGCAP V operations in Qatar. Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, the role will oversee key logistics and support services, ensuring efficient, safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of contracted requirements.
The position will manage logistics activities, coordinate with customers and leadership, oversee subcontractors and personnel, monitor operational performance, and ensure teams are properly trained and qualified to meet contract and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations Management
- Manage and oversee assigned logistics and supply support functions, including Supply Support Activity (SSA), bottled water and ice services, and gray and blackwater operations.
- Provide cost, schedule, and technical guidance to support successful program delivery.
- Establish priorities, milestones, and schedules while monitoring operational performance.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate resources and solutions.
- Ensure logistics activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer and local operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with V2X leadership, customers, peers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective professional relationships and partnerships.
- Communicate operational requirements, progress, issues, and solutions effectively.
Team & Subcontractor Management
- Provide leadership and direction to a multinational logistics team.
- Ensure employees and subcontractors are appropriately trained, qualified, and certified.
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements, and contract standards.
- Promote a professional, collaborative, and performance-focused working environment.
Performance & Compliance
- Monitor logistics methods, procedures, programs, and work priorities.
- Analyze operational practices and identify opportunities to improve logistics support effectiveness.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable contract requirements, PWS provisions, Fire and Safety Regulations, and site policies.
- Support continuous improvement and effective resource allocation.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation, Military Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience may be considered in accordance with applicable requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of multifunctional logistics experience covering areas such as quartermaster, maintenance, transportation, and installation support services.
- At least 6 years of supervisory-level Army multifunctional logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience managing government contracts is highly desirable.
- Experience managing large, multinational logistics teams is advantageous.

Working Conditions
- Ability to work in extreme hot and dry desert conditions, including temperatures exceeding 120°F.
- Position may involve both indoor and outdoor environments, including industrial work areas.
- Exposure to high noise levels and other challenging operational conditions may occur.
- Ability to work in accordance with required PPE, fire safety, and site safety procedures.
- Light physical work may be required, including occasional lifting or movement of items up to 20 pounds.
