Occupational Therapist

A growing pediatric therapy center in Qatar is seeking 2 Occupational Therapists to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves providing assessment and therapy services to children with developmental and sensory-related needs while working closely with families and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions for children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and learning difficulties.
• Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques to support children’s functional, developmental, and sensory needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve individualized therapy goals.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home-based intervention strategies and progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement and professional development within the therapy center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with pediatric clients and developmental conditions.
• Experience with sensory integration is an advantage.
• DataFlow eligibility or willingness to complete DataFlow verification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
