Job Description/Specification:
German Dental and Dermatology Center in Doha is seeking an experienced and qualified Dermatologist to join its advanced dermatology department. Job Overview
The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions while also providing cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology services. The role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent patient communication, and the ability to deliver safe, high-quality treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat common dermatological conditions, including:
- Acne and eczema
- Skin rashes and allergies
- Herpes simplex and scabies
- Warts and skin tags
- Pigmentation disorders
- Fungal and other skin infections
- Conduct dermatological consultations, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Provide cosmetic dermatology procedures, including:
- Botox and dermal fillers
- PRP injections
- Thread treatments
- Anti-aging and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Fraxel and chemical peel treatments
- Laser skin treatments, including carbon laser
- Mesotherapy for facial and hair-loss treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Ensure all procedures are performed safely and in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Provide appropriate post-treatment advice and follow-up care.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction, confidentiality, and clinical professionalism.
Requirements
- Medical degree with recognized specialization in Dermatology.
- Valid professional medical/dermatology licence or eligibility to practise in Qatar.
- Proven clinical experience in general and cosmetic dermatology.
- Hands-on experience with aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP, threads, lasers, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Strong knowledge of dermatological diagnosis and treatment.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional, patient-focused, and ethical approach to clinical care.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a private clinic or premium dermatology/aesthetic centre.
- Strong background in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology.
- Ability to manage both medical dermatology and aesthetic cases.
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with patients.
