Job Description/Specification:
The successful candidate will coordinate and support emergency response and security operations, ensuring incidents are managed effectively and established emergency procedures are followed. The role requires strong leadership, situational awareness, decision-making, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response and security operations across assigned areas.
- Monitor security activities and respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
- Assess situations and coordinate appropriate emergency response actions.
- Implement security and emergency procedures in line with operational requirements.
- Coordinate with security personnel, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct incident assessments and prepare detailed reports.
- Support emergency drills, exercises, and readiness programs.
- Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, responses, and security activities.
- Ensure compliance with established security, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to security teams during critical incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma / Ex-Armed Forces qualification.
- Degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma / Ex-Armed Forces: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in emergency response and/or security operations.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during emergency situations.
- Strong leadership and operational planning capabilities.
