Job Description/Specification:
A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service across assigned hotel areas. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Housekeeping Attendants and oversee the smooth operation of the assigned floor.

- Maintain awareness of room categories, amenities, hotel procedures, and operational standards.
- Support the training and development of housekeeping team members.
- Communicate team requirements and operational concerns to senior housekeeping management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire safety, health, and safety requirements.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations and positive guest experiences.
Skills and Experience
Candidates should have practical experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or floor-supervision position. The ability to coordinate a team while maintaining consistent service and cleanliness standards is essential.
