Job Description/Specification:
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Lobby Ambassador (Bell Attendant) to deliver exceptional first and last impressions for hotel guests. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience while embodying the company's "Yes I Can!" service philosophy.
About This Role
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will support Front Office operations by handling guest luggage, providing hotel information, assisting with transportation needs, responding to guest requests, and maintaining an inviting lobby environment while delivering personalized five-star hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Departure
- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and available services.
- Provide courteous assistance throughout the guest journey.
Guest Services
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a welcoming and visible presence in the hotel lobby.
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when required.
- Recommend hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.
Lobby & Operations Support
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and guest areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest service.
- Handle guest belongings with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards of safety and service excellence.
Service Excellence
- Deliver personalized hospitality aligned with Radisson Hotel Group standards.
- Demonstrate a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude in every guest interaction.
- Uphold professional grooming and appearance standards.
- Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Experience in guest services, bell services, concierge, valet, or customer-facing hospitality roles is an advantage.
