Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused F&B Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team in Doha. The successful candidate will create an exceptional first impression for guests by welcoming them warmly, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

About This Role
As an F&B Hostess, you will serve as the first point of contact for restaurant guests, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and attentive service from arrival to departure. You will manage reservations, oversee table allocation, coordinate with restaurant staff, and support efficient restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Service
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables.
- Create a positive first impression by delivering courteous and professional service.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about restaurant services.
- Ensure VIP guests and special occasions receive personalized attention.
Reservations & Seating Management
- Manage restaurant reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
- Monitor table availability and turnover to maximize seating efficiency.
- Coordinate seating arrangements with restaurant managers and service staff.
- Inform guests of waiting times and reservation updates when necessary.
Customer Experience
- Respond professionally to telephone calls and guest inquiries.
- Inform guests about menu specials, promotions, and restaurant offerings.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly, escalating issues when required.
- Ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Restaurant Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station.
- Coordinate closely with servers and restaurant management to ensure efficient service flow.
- Support daily restaurant operations while maintaining company service standards.
- Ensure professional grooming and appearance at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience working in luxury hospitality environments is an advantage.
Language
- Fluent in English.
