About This Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase guest engagement, generate direct bookings, and maximize revenue. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams, you will help execute digital campaigns while maintaining Marriott's luxury brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize digital initiatives to increase brand awareness and direct bookings.
- Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and luxury brand standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations teams.
Sales & Guest Engagement
- Promote the Marriott and St. Regis brand internally and externally.
- Apply sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Encourage prospective guests to purchase or schedule preview package sales and tours.
- Explain package details, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
- Verify guest eligibility before scheduling presentations or tours.
- Provide complimentary rewards where applicable.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout every interaction.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain positive guest relationships.
- Support customer retention and brand loyalty initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Perform general Sales & Marketing administration, including:
- Filing
- Email correspondence

Team Support
- Assist management with:

Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Luxury 5-Star Resort or Hotel.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Previous Marriott experience is preferred.
