Job Description/Specification:
Al Abdulghani Motors is seeking an experienced Business Solution Analyst to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise business applications across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring business solutions align with the company's IT strategy while supporting digital transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in ERP, CRM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, enterprise application integration, and IT service management who can bridge business needs with technology solutions.
About This Role
As a Business Solution Analyst, you will work closely with Business Solution Management, Solution Experts, business stakeholders, and technology partners to deliver enterprise solutions that enhance business performance. You will oversee application support, system integrations, project delivery, and solution governance while ensuring compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and ITIL service management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Business Solutions & Application Management
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of enterprise business applications.
- Ensure ERP, CRM, and other critical business systems meet operational and strategic business requirements.
- Oversee application enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Support the successful delivery of enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Project Delivery & Solution Integration
- Lead multiple application implementation projects and system enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities with Business Solution Management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications.
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
IT Service Management
- Manage application support activities following ITIL best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational support standards.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Support business continuity through effective application support and issue resolution.
Solution Architecture & Governance
- Design scalable, secure, and integrated business solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and IT governance standards.
- Develop technical documentation, solution repositories, and implementation methodologies.
- Support system lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with software vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Collaborate with change management teams to deliver business solutions successfully.
- Provide technical guidance to Business Solution Experts and project teams.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand evolving business requirements.
Risk & Continuous Improvement
- Identify application risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative business solutions.
- Improve business processes through automation, optimization, and system enhancements.
- Support Agile and DevOps practices for continuous delivery and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Experience as a Business Solution Analyst, ERP Consultant, Technical Consultant, SAP Functional Consultant, or Solution Architect.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise business applications.
- Experience managing multiple IT projects and system integrations.

- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Agile or Scrum Certification
- DevOps-related certifications are advantageous.
