Job Description/Specification:
Hilton is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendants to join its hospitality team in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting restaurant, bar, room service, banquet, and event operations.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive service, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring every guest receives the warm hospitality Hilton is known for worldwide.
About This Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will support all Food & Beverage operations by preparing dining areas, welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hospitality standards. Working alongside a professional hospitality team, you will contribute to delivering seamless service across restaurants, bars, room service, and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance throughout the dining experience.
- Build positive guest relationships to enhance overall satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Support restaurant, bar, room service, banquet, and event operations.
- Assist with daily opening, operating, and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver efficient service during busy meal periods and special events.
Table Setup & Event Preparation
- Prepare dining areas for daily service and special functions.
- Set tables according to Hilton brand standards.
- Arrange tableware, glassware, cutlery, and linens.
- Fold napkins and ensure all dining areas are presented professionally.
- Support banquet and event setup activities as required.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
- Clean dining tables, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow food hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain Hilton service standards at all times.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of guest service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, or banquet operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience serving guests in luxury or international hospitality brands.
- Basic understanding of POS systems is an advantage.
- Additional language skills are beneficial.
