Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the daily flow of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, liaise with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensure timely product availability to support smooth business operations.
Candidates with previous Qatar experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, particularly within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector, are highly preferred.
About This Role
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors and carriers, and resolve supply chain issues proactively. Working closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams, you will help optimize operational efficiency, minimize delays, and ensure products are delivered on time while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
- Coordinate the daily movement of goods, materials, and products across the supply chain.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify shipment delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track order status from suppliers through final delivery.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Update inventory management systems regularly.
- Report low stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock control activities.
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Confirm delivery schedules and shipment timelines.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery issues.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare reports on:
- Delivery performance
- Order accuracy
- Shipping costs
- Inventory levels
- Supply chain KPIs
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma with relevant work experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree in:

- Related discipline
Required Experience
- Previous experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator in Qatar.
- Experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Strong preference for candidates from the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
