Join a leading automotive organization as a Parts Wholesale Manager, where you will lead the wholesale spare parts business, drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with automotive parts dealers, traders, and sub-dealer networks. This leadership role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing profitability, and delivering sustainable business growth across the wholesale operation.

About This Role

As the Parts Wholesale Manager, you will oversee the wholesale parts business from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, managing dealer relationships, optimizing channel performance, and leading a high-performing team. Working closely with marketing, inventory, suppliers, and senior management, you will ensure the business remains competitive while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly and annual wholesale sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the wholesale customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to drive business growth.

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive parts dealers, traders, and sub-dealers.
  • Expand and manage wholesale distribution channels across the market.
  • Monitor dealer performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and operational procedures.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the wholesale sales team.
  • Set clear sales objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Manage incentive programs and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Support employee development through coaching and training initiatives.

Strategic Planning & Operations

  • Develop wholesale business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with inventory and marketing teams to optimize stock availability and product launches.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability.
  • Recommend pricing, promotional, and sales improvement strategies.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations, tenders, and commercial discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial performance, and market trends.
  • Provide recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in automotive spare parts wholesale or aftermarket sales.
  • Proven experience managing wholesale operations, dealer networks, and sales channels.
  • Demonstrated experience with P&L management and achieving revenue targets.
