Job Description/Specification:
Snoonu is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to support its Fleet Department by managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of fleet-related supplies. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability of spare parts, vehicle accessories, documentation, and operational resources while coordinating with vendors to maintain efficient fleet operations.

About This Role
As a Supply Coordinator, you will oversee the flow of fleet supplies, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with suppliers, and support maintenance operations by ensuring the timely availability of parts and materials. You will also manage fleet documentation, monitor supplier performance, assist with cost control initiatives, and prepare operational reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Coordinate the procurement, supply, and distribution of fleet-related materials, including spare parts, vehicle accessories, uniforms, and operational equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory movements and initiate replenishment when required.
- Ensure proper storage, tracking, and issuance of fleet supplies.
Fleet Operations Support
- Coordinate the availability of spare parts to support vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Follow up on repair requests and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Monitor vehicle-related documentation, including registrations, insurance, maintenance records, and renewal schedules.
- Support smooth day-to-day fleet operations by ensuring resources are readily available.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality.
- Support procurement activities while ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare inventory, supplier performance, and operational efficiency reports.
- Assist with budget tracking and fleet supply cost control.
- Maintain organized filing systems for procurement and operational documentation.
- Ensure accurate administrative records and compliance with company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or fleet coordination.
- Experience in fleet operations, transportation, or automotive environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
