Raffles Doha is looking for a passionate and energetic Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, fun, and memorable environment for young guests. This role is responsible for supervising children, organizing engaging recreational and educational activities, maintaining a secure play environment, and delivering exceptional service that reflects the world-renowned luxury standards of the Raffles brand.
About This Role
As a Kids Club Attendant, you will ensure children enjoy a welcoming, safe, and entertaining experience while their families experience the exceptional hospitality of Raffles Doha. You will organize age-appropriate activities, maintain the Kids Club facilities, communicate with parents, and work closely with other hotel departments to create unforgettable family experiences.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children and have experience in childcare, hospitality, recreation, or early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Guest Experience
- Welcome children and their families with warmth and professionalism.
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Create a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of different age groups.
- Build positive relationships with children and parents while providing outstanding customer service.
- Respond promptly to children's needs and ensure a memorable guest experience.
Activity Planning & Entertainment
- Organize and lead age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, educational sessions, and recreational activities.
- Assist with themed events, holiday programs, and special Kids Club activities.
- Prepare activity materials and ensure all programs meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Encourage creativity, learning, and active participation.
Safety & Facility Management
- Follow all child safeguarding, health, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Kids Club.
- Monitor toys, games, and activity equipment, ensuring they remain safe and in good condition.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant department.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and child registration documentation.
Teamwork & Operations
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, and other hotel departments.
- Assist with promotional activities and family-focused hotel events.
- Support daily Kids Club operations and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Uphold Raffles Doha's luxury hospitality standards in every interaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, hospitality, education, or recreation environment is preferred.
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Hospitality, Recreation, or a related field is an advantage.
- Passion for working with children of different ages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
