Job Description/Specification:
Rosewood Doha is seeking an organized and service-oriented Associate Housing, Transportation & Dining Coordinator to support the daily management of employee accommodation, transportation, and dining services. The successful candidate will help ensure associates enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living and working environment while delivering exceptional internal service aligned with Rosewood's luxury hospitality standards.
About This Role
As part of the Talent & Culture team, you will coordinate employee housing operations, transportation services, and associate dining facilities. You will monitor service quality, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal departments, and contribute to creating an outstanding associate experience from onboarding through offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Associate Housing
- Coordinate accommodation allocation based on associate entitlements.
- Maintain accurate housing occupancy and room assignment records.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
- Monitor housing facilities including common areas, gym, and swimming pool.
- Enforce housing policies and resolve accommodation-related concerns.
- Support onboarding, room allocation, and offboarding procedures.
- Coordinate pest control, preventive maintenance, and deep cleaning schedules.
- Monitor utility usage and report irregularities.
- Maintain key management and access control records.
Associate Transportation
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes.
- Monitor transportation services for punctuality and reliability.
- Maintain transportation records, incidents, and service reports.
- Verify vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Coordinate transport for new hires, departing associates, and special assignments.
- Monitor driver attendance, grooming, and compliance with safety standards.
- Support route optimization and transportation efficiency initiatives.
- Respond promptly to transportation disruptions and emergencies.
Associate Dining
- Oversee daily operations of the associate dining facility.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Supervise dining attendants and support daily staffing requirements.
- Monitor dining costs, inventory usage, and operational efficiency.
- Gather associate feedback to improve dining services.
- Support menu planning initiatives with the culinary team.
- Prepare monthly reports covering dining operations, costs, and improvement initiatives.
Service Excellence & Operations
- Deliver high-quality housing, transportation, and dining services for associates.
- Handle associate concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Supervise team members and support staff to achieve operational objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback and service evaluations.
- Conduct daily inspections across all associate facilities.
- Ensure compliance with Rosewood policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality operations, employee services, accommodation, transportation coordination, or facility management is advantageous.
