About This Role
As a Care Provider, you will conduct online counselling, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely alongside your existing practice. You may also facilitate support groups, deliver educational masterclasses, and contribute to creating accessible, culturally relevant mental health services through MindFi's digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Therapy
- Deliver professional online counselling, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions.
- Assess client needs and develop appropriate support strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Build trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
- Provide culturally sensitive and evidence-based mental health support.
Coaching & Wellbeing Programs
- Facilitate individual coaching sessions to promote personal and professional growth.
- Lead virtual support groups focused on mental health and wellbeing.
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and masterclasses on wellbeing topics.
- Empower clients with practical coping strategies and resilience-building techniques.
Professional Practice
- Maintain compliance with professional ethics, licensing requirements, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with the MindFi platform to ensure quality service delivery.
- Support positive client outcomes through personalized care plans.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, OR
- Professional Coaching Certification (ICF preferred or a locally recognized equivalent).
- Current registration or membership with the relevant professional body or licensing authority in your country.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing counselling, psychotherapy, or coaching services.
- Demonstrated experience delivering online counselling or virtual coaching.
