Job Description/Specification:
Doha Project Management is seeking a talented Female Architect / Interior Designer to join its growing team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a creative professional with experience in architectural and interior design, strong technical expertise, and a solid understanding of the local construction and design industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed technical drawings, producing high-quality visualizations, and supporting projects from concept development through execution while ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
About This Role
As a Female Architect / Interior Designer, you will work closely with project teams to create functional and aesthetically appealing architectural and interior spaces. You will prepare design documentation, develop 3D visualizations, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural & Interior Design
- Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare architectural layouts, space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop material specifications and finish schedules.
- Ensure all designs comply with professional standards, building regulations, and client expectations.
3D Visualization & Presentation
- Produce realistic 3D models and high-quality renderings.
- Prepare visual presentations and design boards for client approvals.
- Create presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop and other visualization software.
- Support design reviews by presenting concepts and proposed solutions.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate architectural and interior design requirements with internal project teams.
- Review and revise drawings based on project progress, client comments, and design changes.
- Support project execution from concept development through construction completion.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
Material Selection
- Recommend suitable finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and colour schemes.
- Evaluate materials based on functionality, aesthetics, quality, and project budgets.
- Maintain awareness of current design trends and products available in the Qatar market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Female candidate.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Qatar.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design standards.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar construction market, materials, and local project requirements.
Technical Skills
Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- 3ds Max
- Rendering and visualization software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Presentation software
