Job Description/Specification:
Hilton is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to provide strategic leadership across the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations.
The role is responsible for driving profitability, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, cost control, and team performance while ensuring Hilton’s high standards of hospitality, quality, safety, and service are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
F&B Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the overall Food & Beverage operational strategy.
- Provide leadership across restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B operations.
- Establish service and quality standards that enhance the overall guest experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve F&B performance and strengthen the hotel's market positioning.
- Ensure departmental objectives support wider hotel business goals.
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage F&B budgets, forecasts, operating plans, and departmental performance.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, food costs, beverage costs, and labor expenses.
- Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities through promotions, concepts, and service enhancements.
- Oversee policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
Guest Experience
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance dining experiences.
- Work closely with operational teams to address guest feedback and service concerns.
- Support innovative marketing and promotional initiatives to increase F&B revenue.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop Food & Beverage management and operational teams.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Support professional development through coaching, training, and recognition.
- Build a collaborative culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
