Job Description/Specification:
Egis is seeking an experienced Aviation Strategy & Performance Specialist to support strategic initiatives, operational performance, and KPI management within the aviation sector. The role involves working closely with technical departments, including ANSP and Regulatory teams, to monitor strategic programs and improve organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor aviation strategy, operational performance, and departmental KPIs.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with ANSP, Regulatory, and technical departments.
- Track strategic initiatives and support teams in resolving technical or operational issues.
- Review existing KPIs and recommend additions, modifications, or removal based on business and regulatory developments.
- Support implementation of technical and business strategic initiatives.
- Work with initiative owners to develop scopes of work and implementation requirements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly strategy, performance, and management information reports.
- Support project management, progress tracking, and management reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong academic background in Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the aviation sector or aviation authorities.
- Good understanding of aviation performance management and strategic KPIs.
- Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic and forward-thinking approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and teamwork skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly in a client-focused consulting environment.
