Job Description/Specification:
Hilton Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Spa Attendant to help create an exceptional wellness experience for guests. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment, assisting guests with their needs, managing spa amenities, and supporting the daily operations of the spa while delivering Hilton’s renowned hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and the ability to create a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest.
About This Role
As a Spa Attendant, you will ensure that all spa facilities are clean, organized, and fully stocked while providing friendly assistance to guests throughout their visit. You will support spa operations by maintaining treatment areas, monitoring facility usage, processing guest transactions, and collaborating with the spa team to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
🧖 Guest Services & Hospitality
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with spa facilities, amenities, and general inquiries.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall spa experience.
- Promote a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.
🧹 Spa Operations & Facility Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and spa equipment.
- Ensure all facilities meet Hilton’s cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor spa facilities to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Report maintenance issues or operational concerns to management.
- Support daily spa operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
🧺 Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor inventory levels of towels, robes, toiletries, refreshments, and guest amenities.
- Restock spa supplies to ensure continuous availability.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure supplies are properly managed.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
💳 Cash Handling & Administrative Support
- Process guest payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, debit card, and gift certificate transactions.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow company cash-handling procedures.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the spa team.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in Spa Operations, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Customer Service, or Wellness Facilities is preferred.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, fitness center, or wellness facility is an advantage.
