A leading Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic in Qatar is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join its expanding medical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed dermatology specialist with expertise in both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine to provide advanced skin care treatments using the latest technologies and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.

As a Dermatologist, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions while delivering customized aesthetic treatment plans that enhance patient confidence and well-being. The successful candidate will perform advanced injectable procedures, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures in accordance with international best practices and Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulations.

About This Role

The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive dermatological consultations, medical diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans while delivering premium aesthetic services. You will work closely with aesthetic therapists, laser technicians, nursing staff, and clinic management to ensure exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes.

This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ethics, and medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

🩺 Medical Dermatology

• Conduct comprehensive dermatology consultations and skin assessments.
• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders using evidence-based medical practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, examination findings, and clinical diagnosis.
• Prescribe medications, topical therapies, and skincare products where appropriate.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust management plans as required.
• Educate patients on preventive skin care, sun protection, and long-term skin health.
• Maintain continuity of care through scheduled follow-up consultations.

✨ Aesthetic Dermatology

• Perform advanced non-surgical cosmetic procedures to enhance facial and skin appearance.
• Assess facial anatomy and recommend suitable aesthetic treatment plans.
• Deliver natural-looking cosmetic outcomes while prioritizing patient safety.
• Provide personalized anti-aging and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Counsel patients regarding realistic treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care.
• Ensure all aesthetic procedures are performed in accordance with international safety standards.

💉 Injectable Treatments

• Administer Botox for cosmetic and therapeutic indications.
• Perform Dermal Filler treatments for facial contouring and rejuvenation.
• Carry out PDO Thread Lift and Aptos Thread procedures.
• Perform Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for skin and hair restoration.
• Administer Mesotherapy treatments.
• Perform Skin Booster procedures for hydration and rejuvenation.
• Deliver advanced collagen stimulation treatments including Radiesse and Sculptra.
• Perform Regenera Activa hair restoration procedures where indicated.

🔬 Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

• Operate advanced aesthetic laser and energy-based devices safely and effectively.
• Perform skin resurfacing, pigmentation correction, scar revision, and skin tightening procedures.
• Conduct laser hair removal and tattoo removal treatments where applicable.
• Select appropriate treatment parameters based on skin type and clinical indications.
• Monitor patient response during procedures and provide post-treatment guidance.
• Maintain compliance with laser safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.

Operate and perform treatments using advanced aesthetic technologies, including:

🌿 Skin Rejuvenation & Cosmetic Procedures

• Perform chemical peel treatments for various skin concerns.
• Conduct cryotherapy for appropriate dermatological conditions.
• Perform electrocautery procedures where clinically indicated.
• Treat acne scars, pigmentation disorders, melasma, enlarged pores, and signs of aging.
• Manage rosacea, sun damage, photoaging, and uneven skin texture.
• Recommend personalized skincare regimens to support long-term treatment outcomes.

📋 Patient Care & Clinical Documentation

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
• Complete consultation notes, treatment plans, informed consent forms, and prescriptions.
• Document treatment outcomes, photographs, and follow-up recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar MoPH regulations and clinic protocols.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical governance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

🤝 Patient Education & Relationship Management

• Explain diagnoses, procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery timelines clearly.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and excellent patient care.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and clinical expertise.
• Provide detailed pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
• Encourage patient compliance with treatment plans and follow-up schedules.
• Maintain exceptional patient satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.

📣 Marketing & Professional Development

• Participate in clinic marketing initiatives, educational campaigns, and awareness events.
• Support patient seminars, skincare workshops, and promotional activities.
• Contribute educational content for digital platforms and social media where appropriate.
• Stay updated on emerging dermatology techniques, technologies, and aesthetic innovations.
• Attend professional conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education programs.
• Promote the clinic's reputation through ethical, patient-focused practice.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree.
• DNB, Board Certification, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Dermatology.
• Specialist qualification recognized by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health.

Professional Licensing

• Valid Qatar MoPH Medical License or MoPH Eligibility Letter is mandatory.

Experience

• Proven experience in Medical Dermatology and Aesthetic Dermatology.
• Extensive experience performing advanced injectable and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Experience working in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic hospitals, or medical spas is highly preferred.
• Experience operating advanced laser and aesthetic technologies.
