QNB Group, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), is seeking motivated and customer-focused Associate – Domestic Sales Center professionals to join its Retail Banking division in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate – Domestic Sales Center, you will be responsible for promoting QNB's retail banking products and services, acquiring new customers, building long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. About This Role
The Associate – Domestic Sales Center serves as a frontline ambassador for QNB Retail Banking by identifying sales opportunities, promoting financial products, assisting customers with banking applications, and supporting business growth through relationship management and cross-selling initiatives. Key Responsibilities
💼 Sales & Business Development
- Promote QNB Retail Banking products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and business growth.
- Cross-sell banking products, including savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and other retail banking solutions.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer portfolio and maximize revenue opportunities.
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
- Visit customers at their workplace or residence to promote banking solutions and complete documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding client expectations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues within established turnaround times (TAT).
- Gather customer feedback and recommend service improvements to management.
🏦 Retail Banking Operations
- Assist customers with opening bank accounts and completing banking applications.
- Support applications for debit cards, credit cards, loans, and other retail banking products.
- Verify customer documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Maintain compliance with banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
📊 Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity updates for the Sales Supervisor.
- Monitor individual sales performance against assigned targets.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer acquisition strategies.
- Support business growth initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
📑 Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all customer documentation complies with QNB policies and regulatory requirements.
- Follow internal controls, audit requirements, and banking compliance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records.
- Support internal and external audit requests when required.
- Adhere to service quality standards and operational procedures.
📚 Learning & Professional Development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of QNB's products, services, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in all mandatory banking and sales training programs.

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

- Or another related field
Experience
- No previous work experience required.
