Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sticker Paster / Digital Paster to join our production and installation team in Qatar. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with experience in vinyl graphics, signage installation, digital print application, and advertising production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying stickers, vinyl graphics, and digital prints on a variety of surfaces while ensuring precision, quality workmanship, and a professional finish. You will also support print finishing activities and assist with indoor and outdoor installation projects.
About This Role
As a Sticker Paster / Digital Paster, you will prepare surfaces, install vinyl graphics and digital prints, perform finishing work, and ensure all installations meet company quality standards. Working closely with production and installation teams, you will contribute to delivering high-quality signage and branding solutions for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
🖨️ Sticker & Vinyl Installation
- Apply stickers, vinyl graphics, digital prints, and decals on various surfaces with precision.
- Ensure accurate alignment, smooth finishing, and bubble-free installation.
- Install branding materials on vehicles, glass, walls, signboards, exhibition stands, and other display surfaces.
- Follow installation procedures to achieve high-quality results.
- Inspect completed work to ensure customer and company standards are met.
🧰 Surface Preparation & Finishing
- Prepare and clean installation surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
- Remove dust, grease, and contaminants before application.
- Perform trimming, cutting, finishing, and edge sealing where required.
- Assist with lamination and print finishing processes.
- Handle installation materials carefully to avoid damage or defects.
🚚 Indoor & Outdoor Installation
- Carry out installation work at customer locations, commercial premises, and project sites.
- Support indoor and outdoor branding, signage, and promotional installations.
- Load, transport, and handle materials safely during site visits.
- Ensure installations are completed within project schedules.
- Follow safety procedures while working at customer locations.
📐 Quality Control & Technical Accuracy
- Read layout drawings, artwork specifications, and installation instructions accurately.
- Verify dimensions and positioning before installation.
- Identify and rectify installation defects where necessary.
- Maintain consistent workmanship across all projects.
- Report material shortages or quality concerns to supervisors.
🛠️ Equipment Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Maintain installation tools, cutting equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure equipment is clean, organised, and in good working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep production and installation areas clean and organised.
- Assist with general workshop activities when required.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sticker application, vinyl installation, digital print installation, or signage production.
- Experience working in advertising, signage, printing, or branding companies is preferred.
- Experience with indoor and outdoor installation projects is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of vinyl application and digital print installation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layout instructions.

- Valid manual driving license is preferred.
