The St. Regis Doha, part of Marriott International, is seeking a dedicated Guest Environment Expert (Housekeeping Attendant) to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest experiences throughout the hotel. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of guest rooms and public areas. Beyond traditional housekeeping, you will help create memorable guest experiences by responding to guest requests, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.

You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities consistently meet Marriott and St. Regis brand expectations while providing prompt and courteous assistance to guests.
Key Responsibilities
🛏️ Guest Room Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards.
- Make beds, replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet brand standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
🏨 Public Area Maintenance
- Maintain the cleanliness of hotel public areas, corridors, and service spaces.
- Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure assigned areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
- Follow cleaning schedules and quality procedures.
🤝 Guest Service Excellence
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service needs.
- Deliver requested amenities and supplies professionally.
- Interact with guests courteously while maintaining Marriott's luxury service standards.
- Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail.
🛡️ Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
- Follow hotel safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect guest privacy.
- Comply with Marriott International policies and housekeeping procedures.
👥 Teamwork & Operational Support
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping supervisors and other hotel departments.
- Assist colleagues during busy operational periods.
- Support additional housekeeping and hotel operational duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is an advantage.
- Experience in luxury hotels or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
