Job Description/Specification:
Hilton is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Driver to support daily transportation and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, documents, invoices, and goods while maintaining company vehicles in excellent condition and delivering exceptional service in line with Hilton’s renowned hospitality standards.

About This Role
As a Driver, you will safely operate company vehicles, transport guests, employees, goods, and business documents, assist with invoice deliveries and payment collections, maintain vehicle records, and ensure all transportation activities are completed efficiently while representing Hilton with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
🚗 Transportation Operations
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Transport guests, employees, documents, and goods to designated destinations efficiently and on time.
- Follow assigned routes while adapting to schedule changes and operational requirements.
- Ensure timely and professional transportation services that support hotel operations.
📦 Delivery & Logistics
- Deliver invoices and official documents to clients and business partners.
- Collect payments and required documentation as instructed by the Director of Finance.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods while ensuring safe handling practices.
- Support additional logistics and transportation duties assigned by management.
🛠️ Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of assigned vehicles.
- Monitor fuel levels, tire condition, engine performance, and vehicle safety.
- Report maintenance requirements, mechanical issues, or accidents immediately.
- Ensure scheduled vehicle servicing is completed on time.
📝 Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and maintenance activities.
- Record transportation schedules, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
- Ensure all required transportation documentation is complete and accurate.
- Comply with company reporting procedures.
🤝 Customer Service & Communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatchers, finance teams, and hotel departments.
- Represent Hilton professionally during all transportation assignments.
🛡️ Health, Safety & Compliance
- Comply with all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
- Ensure safe transportation of passengers, documents, and goods.
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
- Protect confidential business information and financial documents during transportation.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Driver, Company Driver, Hotel Driver, Delivery Driver, or Chauffeur is preferred.
- Experience working within the hospitality, corporate, logistics, or transportation sectors is an advantage.
- Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
