Job Description/Specification:
A leading fashion and luxury brand is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead its creative vision, brand identity, and collection development. This leadership role is responsible for shaping the brand's aesthetic, overseeing creative campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring a consistent luxury brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion, luxury retail, or creative leadership with the ability to combine strategic thinking, creative excellence, and commercial awareness to elevate the brand's presence and drive business growth.
About This Role
As a Creative Director, you will define the brand's creative strategy, oversee collection development, lead marketing and PR initiatives, direct content production, manage brand events, and enhance customer experiences while collaborating closely with design, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
🎨 Creative Direction & Brand Identity
- Define and execute the brand's creative vision and long-term identity.
- Ensure consistent visual branding across all platforms and campaigns.
- Lead storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand positioning.
- Maintain high creative standards across collections, marketing, and customer experiences.
👗 Collection Development
- Establish the creative direction for seasonal and new collections.
- Collaborate with designers on fabrics, embroidery, materials, and product aesthetics.
- Supervise fittings, production schedules, and collection timelines.
- Ensure products align with brand identity and quality standards.
📢 Marketing, PR & Brand Communications
- Develop integrated marketing strategies with internal teams.
- Lead public relations initiatives and manage agency partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and fashion industry stakeholders.
- Support brand awareness and customer engagement campaigns.
📸 Photoshoots & Content Production
- Conceptualize creative campaigns, lookbooks, and brand content.
- Direct fashion photoshoots alongside photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and production teams.
- Oversee creative assets for digital platforms, social media, advertising, and e-commerce.
- Ensure all visual content reflects the luxury brand identity.
✨ Events & Brand Experiences
- Lead creative execution for exhibitions, fashion events, trunk shows, and pop-up experiences.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to deliver premium brand activations.
- Develop immersive customer experiences that strengthen brand loyalty.
🤝 Sales & Client Experience
- Establish luxury customer experience standards across all touchpoints.
- Support VIP client engagement and exclusive brand experiences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align creative initiatives with commercial objectives.
- Drive brand consistency across retail and customer interactions.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fashion, Luxury Retail, Creative Direction, Brand Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience leading creative projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
