Job Description/Specification:
City Centre Rotana Doha is seeking a passionate and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead one of its Food & Beverage outlets. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily restaurant operations, developing high-performing teams, and achieving operational and financial targets while maintaining Rotana's renowned hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive Food & Beverage experience, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
About This Role
As an Outlet Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, maintain exceptional guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure the outlet consistently delivers outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
🍽️ Restaurant Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with hotel standards.
- Oversee restaurant setup and readiness for each service period.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the outlet.
👥 Team Leadership
- Prepare employee schedules based on business forecasts.
- Train, coach, and develop team members in line with SOPs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and service-oriented team culture.
😊 Guest Experience
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIP customers.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Support promotional activities and enhance guest engagement.
📈 Business Performance
- Monitor operational performance and service quality.
- Support revenue growth through promotions and upselling initiatives.
- Ensure efficient staffing and cost control.

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role.
- Experience in luxury hotels or international hospitality brands is preferred.
