An Accor Hotel is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join its hospitality team in Qatar. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas while delivering personalized service that enhances the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically active, and passionate about hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

About This Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will clean and prepare guest rooms, replenish amenities, respond to guest requests, maintain housekeeping equipment, and ensure hotel cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Guest Room Cleaning

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
  • Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and ready for guest arrivals.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report defects promptly.

๐Ÿงน Housekeeping Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assigned workspaces.
  • Prepare housekeeping trolleys with cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Monitor room status, including Make Up Room (MUR) and Do Not Disturb (DND) indicators.
  • Complete end-of-shift cleaning and secure housekeeping equipment.

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure timely service.
  • Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care.
  • Deliver personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.

โœ… Safety & Compliance

  • Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and workplace safety.
  • Comply with hotel policies and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or Room Attendant in a hotel is preferred.
  • Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
