Job Description/Specification:
Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of the globally renowned Accor Group, is looking for a reliable and organized HR & Government Relations Driver to join its team in Doha, Qatar. This dual-role position combines driving responsibilities with administrative support, assisting the Human Resources and Government Relations functions to ensure smooth employee services and compliance with local regulations.
The successful candidate will support employee documentation, government-related processes, transportation services, and daily administrative operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
About This Role
As an HR & Government Relations Driver, you will provide transportation services, assist with employee documentation, coordinate government-related procedures, maintain confidential records, and support the Human Resources team with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
🚗 Transportation & Logistics
- Provide transportation for employees, airport pickups, and accommodation transfers.
- Assist employees with medical appointments, residency, and food handler processes.
- Ensure safe, timely, and professional driving at all times.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance requirements.
📑 HR & Government Relations
- Assist with visa, residency, QID, and government documentation.
- Support document submissions to government offices and embassies.
- Monitor employee passports, visas, and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor and immigration regulations.
📂 Administration
- Maintain employee files and confidential HR records.
- Process employment and separation documentation.
- Manage filing systems for active candidate and employee records.
- Distribute QIDs, pay cards, hotel IDs, and health cards.
🤝 Employee Support
- Respond professionally to employee inquiries.
- Communicate company policies and procedures.
- Build positive working relationships across departments.
- Support HR activities while maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative or HR-related qualifications are an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in driving and administrative support.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Government Relations, or hospitality is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Valid Qatar driving license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Qatar road regulations and GPS navigation.
- Basic understanding of HR administration and government procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
