Job Description/Specification:
talabat, part of the global Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of its tmart stores. This leadership role is responsible for managing daily store operations, inventory, staffing, order fulfillment, cost control, and operational excellence while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supermarket, retail, restaurant, or warehouse operations, and the ability to drive productivity, operational efficiency, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
About This Role
As a Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, replenishment, order fulfillment, cost optimization, maintenance, and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
🏪 Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations and workforce planning.
- Supervise staffing, shift scheduling, and team performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and achievement of service level targets.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
📦 Inventory & Supply Chain
- Manage stock replenishment to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock control activities.
- Oversee inbound receiving and outbound order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with inventory policies and standard operating procedures.
🚚 Order Fulfillment
- Supervise accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Optimize picker productivity and resource utilization.
- Monitor fulfillment performance and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain high order accuracy and on-time delivery standards.
👥 Leadership & Compliance
- Lead, coach, and develop store employees.
- Control operational expenses and maximize cost efficiency.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, security, and maintenance standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers to resolve operational issues.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in supermarket, retail, restaurant, warehouse, or distribution operations.
- Previous experience managing teams and store operations is required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
