An Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott International is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join its Rooms & Guest Services Operations team in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the daily activities of the front office team.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, operational expertise, and outstanding customer service skills to deliver seamless guest arrivals and departures while maintaining Marriott's high hospitality standards.

About This Role

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will supervise daily front desk operations, assist guests throughout their stay, manage reservations and payments, support team performance, and ensure smooth hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

🏨 Front Office Operations

  • Supervise daily check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Verify guest information, room assignments, and payment details.
  • Process room keys, billing adjustments, and guest accounts.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.

😊 Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized guest assistance.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

👥 Team Leadership

  • Support the training, coaching, and development of front office associates.
  • Assist management in motivating and evaluating team performance.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Serve as a role model for Marriott service standards.

💳 Cashiering & Administration

  • Process cash, credit card, vouchers, and other payment methods.
  • Complete cashier balancing and end-of-shift reports.
  • Follow accounting procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hospitality qualification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of front office or guest services experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
