talabat, part of the global Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Picker to join its fast-growing tmart warehouse operations team in the UAE. The role supports a rapid grocery delivery service by ensuring accurate order picking, inventory management, and efficient warehouse operations.

About This Role
As a Picker, you will be responsible for receiving stock, organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
📦 Warehouse Operations
- Assist with daily warehouse and store operations.
- Receive and inspect supplier deliveries and purchase orders.
- Unpack, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock storage and organization.
🛒 Order Fulfillment
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for timely dispatch.
- Ensure order quality and accuracy before delivery.
📊 Inventory Management
- Perform daily stock counts and inventory checks.
- Report stock discrepancies and damaged items.
- Support inventory accuracy and stock control.
🧹 Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ensure storage areas remain tidy and accessible.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
